I recieved the lid broken please contact me for a new lid

Hi I have recieved my items all in place except for the lid that hasn’t been packed properly and the minute I removed the wrap the small glass pieces were there I took photos I just came back home from london and opened the box all the other items are in place except for the lid please let me know
How we can replace this lid
